Yes — any bowl can be built without rice. Swap in extra protein, double beans, more fajita veggies or just lettuce. We don’t charge for veggie or lettuce swaps.
They can be. Order a bowl with no rice and no tortilla, double protein, and load up on grilled peppers, onions, salsa, queso and guac. That stays under 25g of net carbs while delivering 60g+ of protein.
Our tofu portion delivers ~21g of protein per scoop — a double-tofu bowl gets you to ~42g, plant-based. Plus the beans add another 12–15g of complete protein when combined with the rice.
